Not Everything is Black and White

It’s only the first day of school and Koshi’s got not one, but two bullies. She turns to her family for help. This short film briefly raises two questions to generate awareness about racism: firstly do children learn racism and secondly, how do parents or teachers teach children on the receiving end of racist words and actions to cope and stand up for themselves; when they might never have dealt with it personally?

It’s twenty years after nuclear WWIII, humanity rests solely on the honoring of an international Peace Pact. American scientists have genetically modified humans to facilitate the efficiency of the growing process for both plants and animals. Will the US see fit to further modify these humans in deadlier ways?

A man appears everyday outside the ice cream shop, dragging a toy dog on a leash. No one knows who he is or why he does this. When an employee at the shop chooses to see with his heart instead of his eyes, the mystery is revealed.
